Job Description
As Human Resources Manager for this leading Professional Services Organisation, you will be responsible for both operational and strategic direction to the business. You will drive change initiatives throughout the business from a Human Resources perspective. Included in your remit will be overall accountability for Human Resources strategy, Employee Relations and Involvement, Reward and Recognition, Resourcing and Retention, Employee Development and Succession Planning. You will be used to operating at a senior level within a business and be looking for a larger stage to showcase your talent, you will be comfortable working with and influencing at board level on a wide range of strategic Human Resources issues. You will be a Chartered Member or Fellow of the CIPD and of graduate caliber.
