We are looking for a Catering Services Manager to work within a prestigious Nursing and Residential home that provides supportive living, respite care, and nursing to older adults based in Solihull, West Midlands. You will be responsible for the overall catering services operation of the community in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
You will oversee the preparation and service of food as per the Company menu programme, and will have financial management of the food and supplies budget. The position involves cooking approximately 60% of the time and fulfilling supervisory and training responsibilities 40% of the time.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience as a chef/cook and will have knowledge of nutrition and therapeutic diets. You must possess the current Food Service Sanitation Certificate.
