As a sucessful Restaurant Manager or Brasserie Manager you will work for my Client a Country Style Brasserie extensively modernised to a very exceptional standard.
With a Restaurant seating up to 120 guests, function suites for up to 400 this beautiful traditional style Inn has an enviable reputation for local Food and Wine .
The ideal Restaurant Manager or Brasserie Manager will have exceptional knowledge of wines have a passionate attitude towards delivering only the very best standards of service at all times, ideally you will have come from a background where You will be expected to be talented in your field with a good flair for hospitality and also have a positive effect on income generation and operational efficiencies. The ability to drive the sales forward in a positive manner and encourage new business is paramount.
Role Description.
- Responsible for Staff development
- Ensuring high levels of Customer Service
- Highly Customer focused and have the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Exceptional Knowlege of Wine and Food
- Have held a similar position or worked within quality Restaurant Establishments
The successful Brasserie / Restaurant Manager will have had at least 1 years supervisor position within a similar operation. You must also have a strong knowledge of food and wine.
