Who are we looking for?
You will preferably be an experienced Food and Beverage Manager with a solid background looking for your first post as Operations Manager. As Trainee Operations Manager you will be expected to be the ‘face of the hotel’ therefore you will be very customer focussed with a great presence about you. You will be commercially savi and have the personality to earn credibility from the HODs and engage the team. You must have drive and ambition and currently be striving for your first Operations Manager role. You will receive fantastic training as set by company standards for excellent personal development.
Responsibilities
- You will be directly responsible to the General Manager
- Financial accountability – to include P&L, forecasting, abilities to maximise sales –this will be part of your training
- Managing, supporting and coaching the HOD team
- Working in all departments to gain an overall understanding of the Hotel
- You must be commercially aware with the surrounding competition
