THE ROLE
A Sales Manager position within the serviced office industry for the clear market leader. Through expansion a number of roles have become available across a number of sites across the UK. You will be responsible for generating new sales, achieving and maintaining centre sales targets, marketing and financial objectives. Within this role you will also be responsible for Profit and Loss of the centre, the management / development of the centre team specialised in customer service as well as ensuring high centre quality & standards are delivered. If you are looking for a role that gives you all round development and growth as an experienced sales manager then this is the role for you!
KEY EXPERIENCE
This role is varied and will change from day to day. You will be running the business centre as if it is your own small business. You will have full control. You will need to have the very highest standards when it comes to work ethic and customer service, you will be making decisions daily regarding the centre and your team. You will need to have the ability to manage and motivate teams to consistently deliver high performance. It will also be advantageous if you can demonstrate an ability to work with financials, including P&L reports, forward order book and yield management, but full training will also be provided. If you are a commercially aware, senior new business sales person who is personable and can manage a team and is looking for career development; then this is the role for you!
