Job Description
Team Assistant - pro rata + Benefits + 20 days holiday (Plus 3 additional days over Christmas)
A highly professional, privately owned, Financial Recruitment Company based in the City of London. Our clients include top City Investment Banks, Asset Management and Hedge Funds.
We are currently looking for a proactive and well-organised Team Assistant to work for our team of consultants.
You must have a make it happen attitude with a business minded working approach, be able to deal with Senior Clients and Candidates on the phone, have a good attention to detail and be highly organised.
On a daily basis you will provide full admin support to the consultants
Duties will include:
- Typing CV`s
- Answering the telephones, screening calls and taking messages
- Arranging internal meetings and booking rooms
- Greeting candidates
- Arranging Client lunches
- Dealing with stationary suppliers and placing orders
- Dealing with advertising sites and negotiating rates
- Maintenance of database/ensuring all filing systems and records are accurate and up to date.
- Responsible for general filing
The successful applicant will ideally have a minimum 2-3 years experience in administration and secretarial support in a business-to-business environment where you have worked with as part of a team. You should have 45wpm accurate typing speed, excellent communication, verbal skills and MS Office skills including Excel & PowerPoint. ADAPT System knowledge and experience is advantageous
Hours of work are Mondays to Fridays: 8.30am - 6pm.
