Person / Manager
I am looking for an AssistantManager with personality and real drive and passion for the restaurants. You will be able to lead by example and have an eye for detail, with the ability to create a great dining atmosphere and a fun rewarding place to work.
You will be energetic, people focused and serious about your career within the industry. I am looking for a manager withat least 1-year’s supervisory / management experience gained from a branded or well structured, food environment.
The Role – Assistant Manager
As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will be running one of the strongest well know brands on the high street. The food is delicious, classical and simple and the atmosphere is relaxed and informal.
It will be down to you and your management skills to maintain and increase sales while driving the business forward .You must be able to create a fun atmosphere, for both staff and customers, while having bags of energy and drive!
