Person / Manager
We are looking for a fantastic Assistant Manager with at least 1-year’sManagement experience from a fast moving, hands-on, high-pressured role within the restaurant industry. We need a great leader with natural charisma and a true passion for their chosen career. The Role – Assistant Manager
You will assist your General Manager in taking full autonomy of the business with the support and guidance of your area manager. You will always ensure great levels of service; you will lead and motivate your team by example and incentives. While at the same time assist in taking full control of all financial issues such as, writing budgets, controlling costs and maximising sales throughout the business.
To recruit, train and continuously develop your team to achieve their personal best, to actively encourage pride, passion, courage and integrity in all communications with your team. To actively market and promote your business and to develop your business by continually seeking opportunities to increase sales and improve service, anticipating changes and planning accordingly.
