The Package:

• Basic salary of around £18-25K plus an impressive OTE structure.
• Holiday entitlement is 23 days plus all bank holidays.

The Recruitment Brief:

• Our client is looking to recruit an experienced recruitment consultant in the defence, aerospace, marine/naval and transportation sectors.
• You will need to participate in sales, business development and client service activities to meet the aims and objectives of the client's expectations.
• You will need to reach a minimum sales and performance target, you will need to build up a network of contacts in both company accounts and the wider community.
• You will need to develop and demonstrate a good knowledge and understanding of the companies businesses and core disciplines.
• In addition to this you will need to fulfil the full recruitment cycle, including interviewing candidates.

The Person Spec:

• The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in managing and growing accounts.
• You will have a good knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle, with the willingness to focus on and reach financial targets.
• You will be highly motivated and possess excellent time management with good oral and written communication skills.
