The Package:

• Competitive basic salary of around £30-40K plus OTE of up to £100K. Holiday entitlements is 23 days, other company incentives also include quarterly / yearly incentives based on branch performance.
• All staff has access to a private members club plus gym membership.

The Recruitment Brief:

• Our client is committed to working in partnership with their candidates to provide a long-term consultative advice and support with their careers and recruitment needs.
• Our client sources candidate primarily through networking and headhunting for the HR industry at mid-senior level.
• You will be dealing with candidates with a salary of around £70K.

The Person Spec:

• You will need to have a proven track record in business-to-business recruitment as well as being money motivated.
• The ideal candidate will have experience within the recruitment industry and a strong sales background is vital to this role.
