This delightful country pub and restaurant are currently seeking a Sous Chef to join their small brigade. The food they do is all about fresh good quality ingredients cooked simply and allowing the natural flavours to come through.
They don’t like to overcomplicate things and are not award or accolade chasers but hit the right standard all the time. They simply want to do good fresh food that brings people back for more. As Sous you will be part of a team of 4.
The successful Sous Chef candidate will need a good understanding of kitchen procedures, H&S, hygiene etc, be able to manage the kitchen when the head chef is absent, and have some creative ideas for the menu. You’ll also need to have a genuine passion for cooking.
