National based sales role selling Material Handling Automation sales / Postal Automation sales/ Electronics Assembly Systems sales

My client is the world's leading supplier of logistics and factory automation equipment. As a systems integrator, they supply a whole range of products and services, from individual products and systems right up to complete turnkey facilities as a general contractor. Being a multifaceted organisation they consist of three divisions: Material Handling Automation, Postal Automation and Electronics Assembly Systems. The company, with approx. 11,000 employees worldwide and offices Nuremberg/Germany and Banbury, Oxfordshire, has a business volume of around £3 billion.

Reporting directly to the Sales Director you will be relied upon to source new business by generating and converting leads in to concrete sales selling Material Handling Automation solutions / sales and Electronics Assembly Systems / sales into logistics operations and product manufactures. You will be speaking to Directors and CEO’s on a daily basis. Whilst there will be a small level of account Management, the bulk of your daily workload will be generating new business. You will therefore be required to compile a weekly report detailing your new business activity and providing accurate forecasts for future business.

Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 years Sales experience within an Automated Solutions sales environment and a proven track record of over achieving sales targets. You must be a ‘Heavy Hitter’, a clear communicator and be competent in compiling reports and forecasts on new business with the sales drive to see a challenging sale through from start to finish.

The fortunate individual will enjoy a 25 – 45K (neg) base salary with a lucrative commission structure based on performance which is uncapped with accelerators.
