Key required skills include solid MS Windows application programming experience, excellent in-depth C++/MFC using Microsoft Visual Studio, strong design and diagnostic abilities, a methodical approach to problem solving coupled with experience of developing shrink wrapped software.
More specifically we're seeking solid programming and design experience gained in a structured, commercial (off-the-shelf) software product dev't environment. Wider experience of value includes: MS SQL database knowledge, 'C', a thorough understanding of networking and Client Server architectures LAN/WAN/TCP/IP/HTTP(S), IIS; WDM Filter Drivers, File System Drivers, Windows IFS Filters and Windows Services; Java, C#, NET development experience. Realistically, a good spread of these.
