My client is a top-tier US investment bank seeking developers to join a team in their FRIONT OFFICE COMMODITIES area. The team work in a fast-paced front-office TRADING environment and build applications to perform trade entry, real-time position & risk management, trade evolution, electronic market making and trading, commodities exchange and market data retrieval.
You will be responsible for software analysis, design and development and will work in a global team with frequent interaction with the traders and business users on a daily basis. You will be exposed to a range of financial products, from futures to EXOTIC DERIVATIVES, across a diverse range of commodities products. This is an opportunity to join a strongly performing, BUSINESS FACING team with STRONG BONUS potential.
Candidates should have strong development skills in an OO language (JAVA/C#/C++), and experience with associated technologies including MESSAGING software and DATABASES. Ideally you will have financial experience with knowledge of financial products including derivatives, though strong non-banking candidates are encouraged to apply.
