C#, .NET Senior Developer x2 with advanced C#, .NET coding skills together with a desire to build knowledge in cutting edge technologies such as .NET v3.5, BizTalk 2006 & Sharepoint/MOSS 2007 whilst progressing over time (with appropriate support & training) into a hands-on customer facing Technical Architect role required by leading professional services organisation.
Working from home, the Ipswich office or on client sites, you will be provided with a unique combination of an extensive blue chip customer base (including high profile banking, finance, insurance & telecommunications clients), interesting projects in the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) space, cross training opportunities into Java/J2EE & WebSphere as well as a can-do culture with little red tape & real opportunities to make a difference.
Assignments will reflect your experience to date but will draw on your strong Microsoft C#, .Net, Web Services, COM, COM+, MTS, XML/XSLT & SQL Server experience whilst also giving you opportunities to grow in new areas such as BizTalk 2006 & Sharepoint/MOSS 2007 & over time challenging you to engage with customers at a higher level providing consultancy around integration strategies, best practises & architectural design. Applicants will be expected to have experience across the full project life cycle, ideally including good OO/UML modelling skills. Any messaging/integration experience would be useful but is not a pre-requisite as my client provides first class support for relevant (MCSD, Sun Java, IBM) certifications & training.
