Reporting to the project technical lead and working under general supervision, the applicant will be responsible for designing and developing new Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) courseware; as well as revising and maintaining existing IMI courseware for a USAF client located in San Angelo, Texas.
Requirements: Possession of a Bachelor's Degree or 5 years equivalent related technical experience related to developing military training courses or managing military training is a necessity. Applicant must have comprehensive knowledge and understanding of technical military intelligence subject matter in one or more of the following areas: Cryptologic Intelligence Analysis, Cryptologic Linguistics (Arabic, Hebrew, Persian-Farsi, Spanish, Korean, Chinese, and Russian), Electronic Intelligence, and Electronic Systems Security. Excellent technical writing and exceptional communications skills and experience using computer systems is a requirement. Proficiency in advanced distributed learning techniques, to include SCORM conformancy, and production of IMI courseware using Sum Total systems ToolBook II/ToolBook 2004, Java 1.5 or better, Web-based XHTML/DHTML, Adobe CS3(including Flash), Dreamweaver is necessary. Possession and maintenance of a current United States Top Secret security clearance and be eligible for access to sensitive compartmented information is required and cannot be waived.
