Store Manager - Birmingham

With superb trading figures year on year this company needs store managers who can not only deliver on customer service but can also drive and motivate their team to keep on producing fantastic sales figures. You need a minimum of 2 years retail management experience; whether it be at store or deputy management level preferably from a food background but would consider non-food also.

In this position your responsibilities will include:

• Wage forecasting and overall responsibility to ensure effective scheduling of colleagues to meet business demands.
• Training and development of your colleagues.
• Fully accountable for the P&L of the store reporting to the area manager.
• Accountable for maintaining the highest standard of customer service at all times.
• Ensuring that all aspects of store operations are carried out efficiently and productively to ensure store profit.
