Reporting directly to the Store Manager you will be repsonsible for achievng financial targets to ensure store growth, to help actively lead and develop a Sales team in order to maximise their potential and to maintain the highest levels of customer service. In short, alongside your team you will be the driving force of your stores` success.

It is essential that you have a successful management track record within retail. You will be a strategic thinker with excellent operational ability and, crucially, you will be extremely sales focused with your management experience being gained, ideally, within a sales target led environment.
