This brand new, behind-the-scenes role, will see you take full ownership of all operational aspects of our busy store. This means getting the right stock in the right place at the right time, servicing the sales floor, and taking ownership of all operational tasks. You`ll also apply your excellent commercial knowledge to help our Store Manager to meet the stores business plan objectives.

Solid operational experience, either in a similar or heavily operationally based retail role will be a must. Knowledge of audit systems and procedures will be key, along with practical knowledge of EPOS, returns and repairs, H&S and security procedures. You should also be organised and meticulous in your approach, and able to truly motivate and inspire those around you to help achieve your operational objectives.

Salary: £14k to £16k per annum plus benefits including Pension, Life Assurance, Sick Pay, Healthcare, Staff Discount & 35 days holidays.
