Our client, one of the UK`s fastest growing luxury retailers, seeks a talented Deputy Manager who is eager to take the next step in their career.

The organisation has over 30 stores nationwide, with new stores opening all the time. Such rapid growth means that you will need to be a fast learner, who is capable of being fast tracked into a senior Management position in as short a time as possible. They are a true market leader, with their own range of cutting edge designer clothing, furniture and accessories. As a Deputy Manager you will support the Store Manager in all aspects of running the store. You will lead by example, motivating your team to perform to the best of their ability.

The environment is high end, with a heavy focus on providing the highest level of customer service possible, making it a challenging, but overall a greatly rewarding working environment.

Successful candidate will have previous experience of working in a customer service focused, product driven retail environment. You will Demonstrate strong leadership ability, along with a positive can do approach. The successful candidate must be passionate about sales, customer service and developing people
