One of the largest biopharmaceutical organisations in the World is looking to recruit a European Director of Shared Services in to a newly created position. With a rapidly expanding product portfolio, growing pipeline of investigational drugs, almost 3000 employees and operations on three continents this is a great opportunity to carve out a global career. This role reports to the Senior Director of Worldwide Financial Services and the CFO for the group and is fully responsible for the establishment and successful operation of its International Shared Service Centre. There will be some travel within Europe and to the US and the role will be heavily weighted to partnering with senior leaders throughout the business to use the SSC as a center of excellence. As the right candidate your responsibilities will include contribution to the global process design team, development of strong relationships with stake holders and the motivation and development of team leaders. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Shared Services Leader with multi-national experience and the involvement in theoretical and practical ERP implementations. You must possess excellent communication and leadership skills and be an effective team player.
