Package Information
Basic Salary: £30,000
OTE: £45,000 - £50,000 (Uncapped, Year 1)

My client is a rapidly expanding provider of exhibition and promotional displays for events nationally and oversees. Their solution offers a comprehensive array of products to meet the client requirement as well as a team of dedicated hardworking account managers.
An international player with offices in France, Belgium, Germany and Netherlands they grow staff internally with a proven career progression programme.
Summary:
As a Field Sales Consultant you will be expected to manage and grow profitable sales volume from your designated territory year on year.At least 50% of your turnover should be created by the generation of New Business on your territory. You should also establish and maintain relationships with existing customers with a view to expanding current levels of business.
With the guidance and support of the Area Sales Manager, this is a role which encourages strategic thinking not just who to target, but why.
Person Profile:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years field sales experience with a proven track record in meeting targets from new and existing business. The jobholder will be expected to be tenacious and self motivated with the structure to back it up.
Skills & Experience required:
- Must have previous field sales experience
- A demonstrable track record of sales, including advanced closing skills (meeting both financial and KPI targets)
- Full clean driving license
- Possess a natural flair for communicating and building rapport
