THE ROLE

An internal sales role has arisen with a prestigious luxury castle, this exciting business development role will involve selling the venue for private hire for weddings, corporate functions and private parties. The business is in its infancy and offers a fantastic opportunity long term however the role will initially involve developing the wedding business, following up incoming enquiries, inviting the customers on site, giving them a tour of the amazing facility and aiming to close by booking their big day. This role will develop rapidly into a corporate sales role with one proactively developing new business within corporate accounts, dealing at and presenting to board level.

One will be working for a beautiful 5 star venue that practically sells itself! This young company are looking to grow rapidly and whoever joins them at this early stage will grow with them.

THE CANDIDATE

*Someone with a track record in sales - both telesales and face to face negotiations.
*A smart image.
*Excellent presentation and communication skills.
*Excellent customer facing skills and the ability to make the customer feel special.
*A strong new business hunter.
*Strong organisation skills with the ability to multi task.
*Someone with a hands on and flexible approach.
*Someone extremely money motivated.
*Experience selling into the Corporate arena.

THE PACKAGE

Basic Salary: £18,000 - £24,000
Commission: £50,000 - £80,000
