Our growing media client is an integral part of a global and NYSE listed organisation that is viewed by many as the worlds largest advertising company, with displays to be found in over 60 countries spread right around the globe. This particular division specialising in Taxi based advertising enjoys a 70%+ share of the market through offering a full and compelling media proposition for effective international, national and localised advertising campaigns. Due to growth they are now seeking a sales manager to head up a small team dedicated to delivering results through the media agency channel.

As a Sales Manager focused on agency accounts you will lead a dedicated team of 3 sales executives and can expect to work on some exciting national campaigns. This role is hands-on and will require you to win and manage business alongside the day-to-day management of the team. The ideal candidate will posses a minimum of 3-4 years media agency sales experience and the ability to lead a performing team. You will have excellent communication and presentation skills, the desire to win and develop accounts and above all the ability to take a team to new and fresh heights.

The successful candidate can expect a base salary of 35-38k with an uncapped and very achievable first year OTE of 45k plus a full and generous benefits package.
