Our client, a popular, established company within the leisure industry, is looking for a Membership Sales Consultant to join their busy team selling memberships, achieving individual set targets and processing documentation relating thereto.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a full understanding of the company's membership system, including joining fees, subscriptions, direct debits, cancellation policy, services and rules as well as maintaining a comprehensive and thorough knowledge of the company's Operation system and details of its policies.
You will be required to telephone prospective enquiries and ensure that details are accurately recorded, answer any enquiries regarding membership matters and will meet with prospective members to sell the facilities, ensuring that information is tailored to the identified requirements of the prospective member.
As will as setting up inductions and trial visits,you will also need to attend training sessions and departmental meetings as and when requested.
This role would ideally suit a confident and personable individual, who is very comfortable on the telephone and enjoys dealing directly with the public. With a polite and persuasive telephone, you will be target driven and keen to succeed.
