Membership Sales Manager - Job Purpose
·Maximise club revenue through managing your team and self to actively recruit new members
·Achieve and exceed membership sales and revenue targets
·Manage the Membership Sales Advisors to exceed new membership sales
·Plan the marketing calendar and sales plan for the month in conjunction with the club manager
·Implement the sales promotions and campaign, following the monthly business launch
·Drive the corporate strategy for the clubs
·Achieve minimum daily activity targets
·Achieve monthly membership revenue target
Knowledge Skills and Experience
·Be a committed and determined individual who is motivated by the challenge of managing a team
·Proven experience of managing a team
•Experience of working to sales and revenue targets
•Proven track record in sales
• Leadership
·Effective communication skills
·Experience of active involvement in new lead generation
What we offer:
·Basic salary £18k-£25k
