Description
URGENT: Software Engineer required with current Java and UML Immediately start for a large defence organisation Initial 6 months contract - based in Wells, Somerset Please be advised: Candidates MUST be willing to undergo security clearance, therefore security clearance held would be an advantage, and should be stated at application Will be responsible for contributing to the design and implementation of the ISTAR MSS applications Key Tasks Liaise with System Engineers to agree system and software requirements Liaise with customers and users to acquire detailed software requirements Prepare and perform software integration and verification Qualifications and Experience Ideally 4+ years experience in Software Engineering Development languages Java is highly desirable C/C++ Operating Systems: VMS preferred Knowledge of UNIX would be an advantage | | |
