Description
An excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing third party business working in a multi-site closed book environment initially working?on two contracts?in Oxfordshire.??
?
You will need to have a good rounded background in Warehousing and be adept at putting KPI's, Processes and Systems in place with which to manage your team. Ideally you will have worked in?a transactional/closed book?third party?environment and be used to working closely with demanding clients.?When the contracts are fully up and running there will be a complement?of 80-110 staff in total with approximately 30 in transport and 50-80 in the?warehouse and?you will be responsible for the warehouse team. The ability to lead from the front and motivate your team to achieve the targets will be critical, but at the same time you will be excellent at developing the team for the future. | | |
