CUSTOMER SERVICES MANAGER
MEDICAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER
WEST SUSSEX
Our client, a well respected and long-established manufacturer of medical equipment is now looking to recruit a Customer Services Manager. Reporting to the Head of Service, the Customer Services Manager will be responsible for all customer service activities within the company to include the management of four core teams including Customer Support, Field Service Support and two Business Unit Support groups.
Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) combined with strong analytic ability is required. Working closely with the Supply Chain and Logistics teams, the individual will ensure established KPIs are carefully monitored and that profitable revenue growth is consistently achieved. A strong leader, resource planner and champion of outstanding customer service will excel in this role. Previous experience within a manufacturing and/or engineering environment would be a distinct advantage.
