 Service Delivery Lead - is currently required to join a leading services provider in the defence arena The Service Delivery lead will be required to own multiple services within internal and external delivery environments and communicate status with respect to time cost resource and performance to senior management Experience; - Excellent knowledge of ITIL processes and methodologies - Experience of Service Management in a complex outsourcing environment - Experience of managing change release and service catalogue - Knowledge of process development and service improvement - Experience of service transition or service start up is desirable - Project Management experience would be beneficial This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role within the service management group You will be offered an excellent working environment and a highly competitive salary and benefits package c£55k – negotiable depending on experience Newport Gwent South Wales Commutable from Cardiff Bristol and Gloucester Due to the nature and urgency of this post candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to 10 weeks LA International Computer Consultants Ltd operates as an IT consultancy or as an employment business depending upon the precise nature of the work |
