My client is one of Northern Irelands leading retail groups, who hold a strong market position; they are currently seeking a newly qualified accountant to work as a retail accountant in the finance team based in Belfast.

Position Outline:

As a newly qualified accountant joining this leading retail group you will work directly with the senior retail accountant, providing extensive financial evaluation and analysis of new group members, providing financial planning models to assist decision making, with ongoing consultation in a number of financial areas, i.e. tax, legal, cost reduction and payroll, you will gain significant experience and exposure to a broad range of financial reporting including greater insight to the world of this companies specific industry

Suitability Outline:

This position will ideally suit a newly or recently qualified accountant with secondment experience in the manufacturing, distribution or retail sector, you will be able to demonstrate strong business acumen, report writing and financial analysis skills with the ability to communicate results to internal and external parties both in writing and verbally.
