Job Description
Interim Human Resources Advisor required to cover a 9 month maternity contract. Providing advice and guidance to line managers and staff on day to day issues within HR. You will be responsible for advising on disciplinary, appeal and grievance situations and manage employment tribunal cases. You will also be responsible for the development of policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified as a minimum and have gained previous experience within a retail or professional services environment. Having gained extensive experience within Employee Relations you will be confident taking cases through to appeal or tribunal. A fast paced environment you will be flexible and proactive in your approach to work.
