My client is now looking for a Business Development Manager to further develop and manage their North East region. Reporting to their Newcastle office, you will be selling a service/solution to predominantly both the private and professional services sectors at board level.
As our client's proposition is a bespoke service, the sales cycle will last between 3 and 9 months with an average order value of around £10,000.
My client helps organisations make a step change in organisational and workplace performance by designing, creating and managing great workplaces for people. In support it also provides advice, office interior design and operational delivery to ensure organisations embrace and maximise the new environmental and sustainable business opportunities.
The successful candidate will come from an Office Furniture and/or Fit Out/Retrofit business development background. You will have experience of selling a bespoke solution at board level. This is a field sales role, but you will need to report to the office in Newcastle on a weekly basis.
Basic Salary from £28,000 to £40,000 depending on experience + £25,000 OTE + Car or Car Allowance + Benefits
