Assistant Restaurant Manager!! Italian Food At It's Best!!!

My Client is a chain of Italian restaurants inspired by their love of fresh, simple Italian cooking. They are passionate about what they do and enjoy sharing that with their staff and guests alike.

They are currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in the management of a high volume branded operation within one of it's many well chosen locations across the UK.
As a company they are known for recruiting from within especially at General Manager and Operations Manager level and pride themselves on the personal development they offer.

The right candidate will have solid experience of working within a high volume food environment and knowledge of back office operations. The real key to these businesses are the people and so personality and people management skills are important as is a drive to succeed but never at the expense of your customer or your team.
