Role Description
Bringing previous kitchen experience you'll get involved in training chefs, handling stock, ordering and cut down on wastage. Naturally, the ability to cook with flair and imagination is paramount for this role..
Required Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- 706/ 1 & 2 and / or NVQ Level 2 in Food Preparation
- Food Hygiene Certificate
- Training skills
- Previous Hotel experience
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- Ability to work flexible hours
