The Operation:
Beautiful Cambridge Country Hotel, Rosette Restaurant, Conference and Banqueting facilities for up to 150 covers.
The Role:
To assist the Head Chef in the day to day running of the operation. Teaching junior chefs, controlling section and keeping health, safety and hygiene records up to date.
Successful Candidates:
Must have at least 3 years experience at Chef De Partie level, preferably within a busy conference and banqueting environment, rosette establishment experience would be an advantage.
