Assistant Manager required for one of Edinburgh's best known bars. Job Description
As Assistant Manager you will offer full support to the General Manager, and will deputise where necessary across the full requirements of the business. As with any unit, you will have duty management shifts, as well as responsibilities for ordering, stock taking, administration, staffing, etc.
You will have full responsibility for the smooth running of bar and restaurant areas and private events; continuously strive to provide the highest standard of customer service in the best environment; motivate, drive and direct highly trained floor, bar and mixology staff as well as kitchen and house security teams; show good commercial awareness, seek to maximise sales and drive the business forward; meet and exceed budget targets and contribute to the financial success of the business.
Required Experience
The successful Assistant Manager will:
*have a proven track record in operating a quality food and bar operation

Salary and Benefits
The starting salary for this position is between £18000 and £20000, dependent on the individual's experience, but the potential rewards are so much more.
