THE ROLE
As a Store Administration Manager you will be fully involved in the day to day operation and management of the store, including duty management, driving sales and stock availability. You will be accountable for driving profitability through effective cost control and will administer HR, banking and compliance.

THE PERSON
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast paced, high volume retail environment. The ability to take a commercial view and place the customer at the forefront of every decision is essential for the role.

You will have good attention to detail and strong planning and organising skills. You do not have to be a DIY fanatic but an interest in home improvement would help. What you do need is a hands on, fast paced approach, a thirst for knowledge, a can do attitude, a passion to deliver great customer service, and to develop your team, we can teach you the rest.
