Sales Director – Contract Catering and Events!!!
Based in Essex
Salary Package £30,000 – 40,000 depending on experience
The Company:
- A privately owned catering and events company with a quality reputation
- Based at one of their division in Essex working for a particular brand
- Excellent career progression and development into the role
The Role:
- Proactive development of business – mainly outdoor catering and marquee hire!
- Targeted business development to increase business and develop new clients (manage a database)
- Maintain good relationships with clients via telephone, face to face appointments and written correspondence
- Devise and implement a sales strategy
- Training and motivation of staff
- Working closely with Managing Director
- Producing sales reports
The Person:
- Proven track record in proactive selling with minimum 2 years experience
- Keen, enthusiastic with a passion for the Industry
- A background and good understanding of hospitality and catering
- Confident, get excited about work and enjoy thinking differently about daily challenges
- Pride in what you do
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
