Hilton Maidstone - Linen Porter

The Linen Porter is to ensure that all linen is stocked ready for use, and kept in a clean and tidy manner.  You will be required to take delivery of linen and laundry, maintain par levels and do stock control and liaise with suppliers regarding discrepancies.  You will also ensure laundry support is given when required with on-site washing machines and folding linen. Answer every request given by switchboard and greet all guests in a warm manner. To ensure all trolleys and equipment is, stored and handled safely at all times. You will be accountable for maintaining company procedures relating to lost and found property. To ensure that the front of house area, bedroom corridors are kept linen free, maintained in immaculate condition at all times.  

"So what experience do I need?"

• Able to work a variety of earlies, evenings and weekends shifts
• Advanced or Native level English
• Previous experience of dealing with the public
• Experience of working in a customer service environment – preferably working in hospitality, retail or leisure
• Right to work in the UK or Ireland
