Over the past 20 years, our client has been supplying specialist cabling solutions primarily to the entertainment sector, where they supply performing artists and recording studios on a global scale. Due to continued growth and the desire of the business owner to explore other avenues they are now seeking a Managing Director (Designate) to oversee the entire business function.

Our highly profitable client has a growing turnover and an ever-expanding market in which to sell its comprehensive range of products and solutions. This exciting role carries full responsibility for strategy, business growth, P&L and much more. Working from a London N7 base, you will lead a dedicated team taking a keen interest in revenue generation, brand awareness / building and the day-to-day running of the entire business function.

The ideal candidate is likely to be a previous business owner or an experienced MD form within the SME sector who is looking for a fresh and lucrative opportunity to further develop and build an established and respected organisation. You may have previously built and sold a company, will be experienced at working direct with business owners, posses the skill set required to run a multi-million pound operation and exude the passion and energy required to propose and deliver acceptable results.

The successful candidate can expect a base salary circa 100k with a negotiable OTE / Bonus plus additional benefits.
