THE ROLE

An internal sales role has arisen with a prestigious luxury castle, this exciting business development role will involve selling the venue for private hire for weddings, corporate functions and private parties. The business is in its infancy and offers a fantastic opportunity long term however the role will initially involve developing the wedding business, following up incoming enquiries, inviting the customers on site, giving them a tour of the amazing facility and aiming to close by booking their big day. This role will involve managing the database, writing and sending out letters and emails to perspective customers, answering the phone and communicating all sales with the operations team. The role will grow with one managing the development of certain projects such as murder mystery evenings and the development of corporate business.

THE CANDIDATE

*Someone with a track record in telesales.
*A good image for face to face meetings.
*Excellent customer facing skills and the ability to make the customer feel special.
*An excellent communicator.
*Strong organisation skills with the ability to multi task.
*Someone with a hands on and flexible approach.

THE PACKAGE

Basic Salary: £18,000 - £20,000
Commission: £30,000 - £50,000
