District Sales Manager

Based in Burnham, my Client offers a full range of software solutions, as well as a host of implementation, educational, and support services, all aimed at helping service organizations complete more calls per day, week, month, and year. Job completion is the lifeblood of any service organization, and their technology and expertise are at the heart of the most successful service operations around the world.

They currently seek a District Sales Manager to drive sales revenue in their assigned territory and develop the pipeline and foundation for future growth. The DSM will be targeted against new business, both direct and indirect and territory dependant, and may also assume existing customer accounts. In cooperation with the Director of Sales West Region, the DSM will define the territory strategy and be empowered to execute it.

The successful candidate will have previously demonstrated strong solution selling ability and have a proven over-achieving track record with over 5 years in sales showing evidence of deals brokered at over £500,000. You will be a dynamic, self motivated, creative thinker with an appreciation of corporate goals and a willingness for travel (up to 50%) within the assigned territory.

This is a strong leadership role, ideal for a candidate with Utilities experience or a Senior Software Hunter used to selling Enterprise deals and offers a basic salary of £70K with OTE £130K.
