Our Client a leading City based Investment Bank is currently seeking an Equity Derivative Documentation Analyst to join their dynamic team on a ongoing contractual basis.
The successful candidate will take part in the preparation of Vanilla, Structured Equity Derivative confirmations for trades.
The role offers excellent opportunity to liaise with various departments, including marketers, legal, and sales.
Daily duties will involve reviewing incoming documents and regular chasing non-receipt of such confirmations.
Candidate's will be required to validate trades against booking systems notably DTCC. previous experience of these systems would prove highly advantageous.
Due to the intrinsic nature of the role, candidates must have;
· Previous experience in handling Confirmations / transactions covering Equity Swaps, Baskets, Cliquets, MTNs, would be highly advantageous.
