  .:: Essential Job Duties:
  Collect technical and operational requirements for nuclear forensics technologies and applications. Provide technical assessment of nuclear forensics technologies and applications. Attend technical meetings, workshops, conferences, and in-process reviews as directed by the DNDO Project Manager. Perform technical reviews of nuclear forensics technologies, capabilities and applications. Provide technical support and expertise to various DNDO Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). Support planning and execution of forensics exercises. Coordinate/organize program reviews, site visits, conferences, and workshops of performers within the nuclear forensics program. Attend and contribute to program reviews/site visits/laboratory field tests as requested. Support contract management with national laboratories and other performers; prepare draft procurement requests and Statements of Work.
Provide technical monitoring of active contracts awarded by DNDO's nuclear forensics program assuring the following and recommending redirect or improvements to the DNDO Project Manager as appropriate.
     
  .:: Mental/Physical Requirements:
  Ability to perform tasks under deadlines. Excellent reasoning and problem solving skills. Ability to work with senior Government and Industry leaders. Must have a very high degree of attention to detail. Must be capable of working at a computer terminal for extended periods. Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

  .:: Education/Experience Requirements:
  Degree in Scientific or Engineering from accredited university
10-12 years relevant experience
Experience in Nuclear arena
Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
Knowledge of Federal contracting and procurement mechanisms and processes.
