| Duties: Provide subject matter expertise and training for Advisor teams in one or more of these areas: US/Foreign Weapons, Tactics (including Force Protection (FP) and Anti-terrorism (AT) training, motorized operations, urban warfare, patrolling, etc.), tactical communications, Combat Emergency Medical Training (Combat Life Saver/Tactical Combat Casualty Care techniques), and/or Armorer (unit level and limited intermediate level preventative and corrective maintenance on US organic weapons and foreign weapons). Conduct training, practical exercises, and assist in evaluations of Advisor student performance. Perform as observer/controller. Assist in exercise scenario development. Develop, update; organize lesson plans and materials as required. Develop new training materials and revise existing classes as required that provide focus on advisor ability to mentor and teach foreign national personnel in performance of mission related tasks. | ||||||

| .:: Education/Experience Requirements: | ||||||
| Civilian Education: High School degree required, some college courses preferred. Military Education. Appropriate for the skill sets and rank of individual personnel. Military/Government Experience: Minimum three years experience in military training and education. Minimum five years operational experience in infantry, recon, SPECOPS, or related areas. Recent experience operating in a combat zone in the last four years. Currency with TTPs and Lessons Learned from recent real world operations a plus. Military Instructor experiences. Experience in curriculum development. Experience as an Advisor. Other: This position requires travel to alternate training venues. Training will be in a combination of classroom and field conditions. Minimum requirements may be waived by Marine Corps. | ||||||
