Job Description
A Global Finance Supervisor is required by our client: one of the world's largest international investment banks.
Based in London, this supervisory role is to support the global finance business, sales, and trading teams.
Your supervisory responsibilities will focus on the management of the sales and trade support functions. The role offers exposure to senior management within sales, trading, business management, credit risk management, collateral management, operations, finance and technology
Team responsibilities, of which you will be an integral part of, will involve client allocations and client on-boarding, as well as management of workflow queues raised by derivative.
We seek professionals with a thorough and detailed of interest rate derivatives - additionally, exposure to foreign exchange products and listed derivatives would be of benefit. Previous supervisory experience is also essential, alongside a strong control focus, risk and P&L awareness, and a proven history of change management.
