Support Engineer
Job Description
The JOCS Support Engineer will be responsible to the CSG Support Manager for the following:
In consultation with EDS Support Manager, The support engineer is part of a team providing 2nd/3rd line support to the Military System Managers.
Assistance with the day-to-day maintenance of JOCS systems at both Hook and deployed sites.
Provide network and system management, and basic messaging support.
Provide consultation on problem resolution.
Fault fixing and fault progression as per system design and build documentation.
Implementation of authorised system changes in support of international interoperability.
From time-to-time, as required, any additional work needed to support JOCS International interoperability.
This role will be partially mobile, and will require Security Clearance.

Experience of managing Backups
MS Exchange.
