Assistant Restaurant Manager -Edinburgh
£18,000 plus bonus
Our client is one of the leading 'high-end' branded restaurant chains who are expanding by the minute. They are proud of their freshly prepared menu, slick and contemporary operations and their friendly and efficient service.
Due to the rapid expansion plans in place, our client is now looking for a determined and ambitious individual to join the management team.
Your key responsibilities:-
- Managing, leading and training your team.
- Ensuring company brand standards are in place at all times.
- Ensuring consistently high levels of customer service.
- Complying with all Health+Safety standards.
- Overseeing stock and cost control.
Your skills:-
- Supervisory / Managerial experience of working in a fast paced, food focused environment.
- Strong inter-personal skills and good customer relations.
- Enjoy the challenge of achieving high standards.
- Ability to motivate and drive a team to success.
- Enjoy working in and creating a lively environment.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- 'Hands- on' management approach.
