Job Description
My client an international service company based in the heart of Macclefield are looking to recruit a credit controller to join their expanding credit control function. Duties will include :-Maintaining and reconciling a debtor's ledger and ensuring that clients adhere to payment terms. Contacting clients to chase overdue debts by telephone, fax and email. Deal with clients issues and queries with their accounts, liaise with the relevant personnel to resolve clients issues. Provide relevant information to sites and customers to enable payment to be chased.
You will ideally have a strong background in credit control and have excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. You will have a professional telephone manner and be able to cope under pressure.
